A work published under a ShareAlike license may only be used under the same license terms as the original work.
Example: An author publishes the lyrics of a song under the “CC BY-NC-SA” license. Another person may adapt the work, for example by setting the song to music, but the adapted version must also be distributed under the CC BY-NC-SA licence.
