What are the sanctions if a researcher does not comply with the obligations under Article 41 of the Scientific research and Innovation Activites Act?

If a researcher does not fulfil the obligations related to open access under Article 41 , consequences may arise under the (co)financing agreement for the research project. In such cases, the funding bodies may impose contractual sanctions.
