Can I print materials that are accessible in digital form in a library?

A copy of digital material may be made, but no more than three copies and only to a reasonable extent that does not conflict with the legitimate interest of the author, in accordance with Article 46 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Such copies may not be communicated to the public or used for commercial purposes. Reproduction is not permitted for written works in the scope of an entire book, sheet music, electronic databases, computer programs, architectural works in the form of structure. A book may be reproduced in its entirety only if it has been out-of-print for at least two years. Manual (hand) transcription of sheet music is also permitted.
