Yes.
Under applicable copyright law, posting hyperlinks to online content does not in principle constitute copyright infringement. An infringement would occur if, by posting a link, the professor circumvented technical or contractual access restrictions (for example, linking to content that is behind a paywall or otherwise restricted to specific users).
