What are the obligations of researchers under open science legislation regarding research data?

Researcher must ensure:

• the preparation and regular updating of a Data Management Plan (DMP),

• the management of research data and other research results generated within publicly funded projects in accordance with the FAIR principles, ensuring their findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability,

• open access to research data and research results in accordance with the principle “as open as possible,as closed as necessary”.
