Last Update 10 months ago

Secondary publication right allows an author to publish or make their work available in open access immediately after it has been accepted for publication, even if they have transferred their economic rights to the publisher.

A researcher may exercise the secondary publication right when the research on which the work is based was funded at least 50% from public sources.
